Biennial Faculty Exhibition Information
The Biennial Faculty Exhibition will be held at the Martin Museum of Art January 13 – March 8, 2026. This year, all documents related to the exhibition will be submitted via file upload to the Martin Museum of Art website. Below is helpful information, templates, and important dates.

Documents, Files, and Information
Art Historians
- Research Statement - 400 words maximum; word document format.
- Biography Statement - 300 words maximum; word document format.
- One image to accompany research statement (2 preferred); 300 ppi,
approx. 8.5" x 11" (2550px by 3300px) to ensure resolution needed for poster installation (landscape or portrait orientation). - Credit and copyright information for images.
Studio Faculty
- Artist Statement - 400 words maximum; word document format.
- Biography Statement - 300 words maximum; word document format.
- One image of work for catalog; 300 ppi, approx. 9" h x 6" w (2700px by 1800px).
- 1 to 3 works of art for exhibition.
- Inventory of works to be included in exhibition.
Important Dates

- Contracts Due
October 24, 2025, by 5:00 p.m. CST
- All Files Due; Inventory, digital image, artist/research statements, bio statements
December 1-4, 2025, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. CST
- Artwork Drop-off in Martin Museum
January 13, 2026, 10:00 a.m. CST
- Exhibition opens
March 7, 2026
- Exhibition closes
